You hire one writer, and you've met her. The backup team covers the stretches when I can't be at my desk; they don't take my seat. Writer pools rotate writers who each start from a brief. This is cover, and I'm the writer.
If I'm away
I'm your writer, and a backup team covers when I can't. The retainer is month to month, so you're never locked to someone who drifts.
The term
It's month to month, with the pieces and price for each tier published up front, and turnaround stated for Essentials and Growth.
If I stop
A backup team covers absences. If I stop, the month-to-month retainer ends, and you keep the finished work and your voice profile. Privacy and terms will be set out in my written Working Agreement, which isn't published yet. Ask for it before you share anything.
